(IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') in conformity with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules thereunder read with the Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Further, please note that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 23rd July, 2026 to Wednesday, 29th July, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025-26.
