IT Consulting & Software company Digitide Solutions announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: In Q4FY26, consolidated revenue stood at Rs 7,999.52 million, representing a QoQ growth of 2.52% from Rs 7,803.03 million in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 9.21% compared to Rs 7,325.22 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 30,801.81 million. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 8,051.51 million, up from Rs 7,836.94 million in Q3FY26 and Rs 7,388.55 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, total income stood at Rs 30,965.39 million. Net Profit/Loss: The Group reported a net loss of Rs 50.05 million in Q4FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 20.50 million in Q3FY26 and a loss of Rs 13.88 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the Group recorded a net profit of Rs 55.45 million. Total Comprehensive Income/Loss: Total comprehensive loss for Q4FY26 was Rs 72.73 million, compared to an income of Rs 111.81 million in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, total comprehensive income was Rs 216.33 million. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS for Q4FY26 stood at Rs (0.85). Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 4,978.18 million, showing a marginal QoQ growth of 0.41% from Rs 4,957.92 million in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 7.56% from Rs 4,628.40 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue was Rs 19,339.22 million. Total Income: Total standalone income reached Rs 5,343.51 million in Q4FY26, up 7.55% QoQ from Rs 4,968.62 million and up 14.97% YoY from Rs 4,647.80 million. For the full year FY26, total income was Rs 20,081.63 million. Net Profit/Loss: The company reported a standalone net profit of Rs 68.53 million in Q4FY26, recovering from a loss of Rs 81.16 million in Q3FY26 and a loss of Rs 60.43 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, net profit stood at Rs 211.95 million. Total Comprehensive Income/Loss: For Q4FY26, standalone total comprehensive income was Rs 12.38 million. For the full year FY26, it was Rs 252.30 million. Business Highlights: Segment Wise Performance (Consolidated FY26): Business Process Management (BPM): Reported revenue of Rs 21,700.11 million with a segment result of Rs 3,489.82 million. Tech and Digital: Reported revenue of Rs 9,101.70 million with a segment result of Rs 933.39 million. Exceptional Items: The Group recognized an exceptional loss of Rs 647.59 million for FY26 on a consolidated basis. This includes an incremental impact of Rs 412.23 million related to Employee Benefit Obligations arising from new Labour Codes and demerger-related expenses (professional services and stamp duty) aggregating to Rs 235.36 million. Listing and Demerger: The company got listed on the BSE and NSE on June 11, 2025, following a composite scheme of arrangement for demerger from Quess Corp Limited. Global Expansion: The company incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, "Digitide IT Solutions L.L.C S.O.C," in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on March 11, 2026, to provide IT services and infrastructure support. Tax Reversal: A subsidiary, Alldigi Tech Limited, reversed a tax provision of Rs 103.10 million during the quarter ended March 31, 2026, following a favorable conclusion of scrutiny assessment proceedings and expiry of statutory time limits.
