IT Consulting & Software company Digitide Solutions announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 7,750.72 million, compared to Rs 7,999.52 million in Q4FY26, marking a QoQ decline of 3.11%. Compared to Rs 7,357.37 million in Q1FY26, this reflects a YoY increase of 5.35%. Other Income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 43.27 million, showing a QoQ decrease of 16.77% from Rs 51.99 million and a YoY increase of 20.90% from Rs 35.79 million. Total Income for the quarter Q1FY27 reached Rs 7,793.99 million, representing a 3.20% QoQ decrease from Rs 8,051.51 million and a 5.42% YoY increase from Rs 7,393.16 million. Profit before Exceptional Items and Tax for Q1FY27 was Rs 109.19 million, down 9.23% QoQ from Rs 120.29 million and down 62.16% YoY from Rs 288.58 million. Profit for the period for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 29.33 million. This is a recovery from a loss of Rs 50.05 million in Q4FY26, but a 69.74% decrease YoY compared to Rs 96.93 million in Q1FY26. Total Comprehensive Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 26.99 million, compared to a loss of Rs 72.73 million in Q4FY26 and a profit of Rs 85.29 million in Q1FY26. Basic and Diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs (0.13) compared to Rs (0.85) in Q4FY26 and Rs 0.38 in Q1FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 4,759.93 million, down 4.38% QoQ from Rs 4,978.18 million and up 2.62% YoY from Rs 4,638.27 million. Total Income for Q1FY27 was Rs 4,772.84 million, compared to Rs 5,343.51 million in Q4FY26 and Rs 4,647.99 million in Q1FY26. Loss before Tax for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 95.45 million, compared to a profit of Rs 129.94 million in Q4FY26 and a profit of Rs 44.16 million in Q1FY26. The quarter Q1FY27 reported a Net Loss of Rs 105.81 million, against a profit of Rs 68.53 million in Q4FY26 and a profit of Rs 35.93 million in Q1FY26. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: Business Process Management: Generated revenue of Rs 5,377.17 million in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 5,507.62 million in Q4FY26 and Rs 5,387.10 million in Q1FY26. Tech and Digital: Generated revenue of Rs 2,373.55 million in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 2,491.90 million in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,970.27 million in Q1FY26. New Entities: The company incorporated the Digitide ESOP Trust on April 18, 2026, to administer its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026 and future employee benefit plans. Merger Update: The Scheme of Amalgamation of Puresoftware Technologies Private Limited with the company was approved with an appointed date of April 01, 2026. Standalone results for earlier periods have been restated to reflect this merger.
