Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 34,550.3 million, up 8.74% YoY from Rs 31,772.7 million and down 10.81% QoQ from Rs 38,737.0 million. Profit for the period from continuing operations in Q4FY26 was Rs 627.4 million, registering a significant YoY increase of 110.11% from Rs 298.6 million in Q4FY25, despite a QoQ decline of 40.79% from Rs 1,059.6 million. Total Income for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, reached Rs 34,646.9 million, up 7.96% YoY compared to Rs 32,092.2 million, while decreasing 10.87% QoQ from Rs 38,873.9 million. Profit for the period from continuing operations stood at Rs 635.8 million in Q4FY26, showing a growth of 35.00% YoY from Rs 471.0 million, though it registered a QoQ decrease of 39.53% from Rs 1,051.4 million. Nutrition & Care: Segment revenue stood at Rs 35,005.8 million, up from Rs 28,749.6 million in FY25. Industrial Solutions: Segment revenue reached Rs 29,457.0 million, an increase from Rs 27,949.5 million in FY25. Agricultural Solutions: Segment revenue was Rs 19,440.2 million, compared to Rs 20,647.3 million in FY25. Chemicals: Segment revenue stood at Rs 18,468.7 million, against Rs 19,958.7 million in FY25. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of 250% (Rs 25 per equity share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Restructuring and Demerger: The demerger of the Agricultural Solutions business is underway, with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) directing the Company to seek shareholder approval.
