The Board of Directors of RCCPL Private Limited, wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company at their Board Meeting held today i.e., on 8th May, 2025 have approved capex towards increasing capacity by way of setting up of 3.70 MTPA brownfield clinker manufacturing unit at Maihar (Madhya Pradesh) and two Greenfield Grinding Units with a total capacity of 3.40 MTPA in Uttar Pradesh.
