Ambuja Cements has secured a foothold in the southern market by striking adeal with Penna Cement at an enterprise value Rs104bn. Penna currently hasoperational grinding capacity of 10mt (clinker: 7.3mt) with 4mt under construction (clinker: 3.0mt).
