The QIP Committee at its meeting held on 29th November, 2023 has approved and adopted the Preliminary Placement Document dated 29.11.2023, authorized the opening of issue today, i.e. 29.11.2023 and approved the floor price. The meeting of the Committee is scheduled to held on 4th December, 2023 , interalia, to consider and determine the issue price.
