In continuation to our earlier disclosure dated August 14, 2023, under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Company has received orders from the Commissioner of Income Tax Appeals for the Assessment Year 2016-17 and 2017-18. The requisite information as per Part A, Para B of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations is given in Annexure- "A" enclosed to this letter.
