Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that Wipro Appirio, K.K., a step-down subsidiary of Wipro Limited, has been voluntarily liquidated with effect from September 5, 2023. The completion of the aforesaid liquidation reflected in the commercial registry records on September 22, 2023.
