Salzer Electronics to allot 3.61 lakh shares to promoters, with a premium of Rs. 241.45 per share

Salzer's Board sub-committee has on Jan 08, approved the allotment of 3.61 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, with a premium of Rs. 241.45 per share to part of the company's promoters.

This is after the conversion of a similar quantum of share warrants issued at a price of Rs. 251.45 per warrant. The company's paid up share capital has consequently increased from Rs. 13.94 crore to Rs. 14.3 crore.
