Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today (8th February, 2023) approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2022. Financial Results approved by the Board alongwith the Limited Review Reports of Statutory Auditors of the Company over the said financial results and a press release are enclosed herewith. Board declared Interim dividend of Rs. 45/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2022-23, which shall be payable to those shareholders who hold shares on the record date fixed by the Company i.e. Thursday, 16th February, 2023. The dividend shall be paid from Wednesday, 1st March, 2023. The meeting of the Board started at 12:00 PM and concluded at 1:00 PM. P.M
