Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed as follows: (1) Unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) as per Indian Accounting Standards, for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022; and (2) Limited review report (standalone and consolidated) by Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Statutory Auditor of the Company, for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 10.30 a.m. (IST) and is still in progress.
