Industries Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 2nd August, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). Pursuant to Regulation 34 and Regulation 36 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith electronic copy of the Notice of the 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Annual Report for the financial year 2021-22 ('Annual Report'), being sent today i.e. 9th July, 2022 by email to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s). The requirements of sending physical copy of the Notice of the AGM and Annual Report to the Members have been dispensed with vide MCA Circular/s and SEBI Circular.
