Further to our letter dated June 12 on the above subject, we would like to inform you that Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has passed the enclosed interim order in the matter on July 5, 2021, against the appeal filed by Computech Sharecap Limited (CSL). The SAT order states that the earlier order passed by SEBI on June 11, 2021 will remain stayed subject to fulfillment of certain conditions by CSL. Since the formal handover of data and records pertaining to RTA Services has not happened from CSL to Link Intime, CSL will continue to service the investors till further information to the Exchanges by us. We will inform the Exchanges about the cut-off date, etc. in due course.
