Investor Dheeraj Kumar Lohia has increased his stake of textile company Zenith Fibres in his portfolio via a bulk deal purchase of 23,528 shares. Lohia already holds 1.66% of the company (73,520 shares) as of the December quarter, an increase of 0.16% from the previous quarter. 

The company reported declines in revenues and net profits for Q3FY18 - Zenith showed net sales of Rs.9.08 crores in the quarter as compared to Rs.13.26 crores in the same quarter last year. It posted a net profit of Rs.0.64 crores, against Rs.1.23 crores for the period ended December 31, 2016.
