Sushmita Ashish Kacholia, wife of superstar shareholder Ashish, has drawn down her portfolio stake in Lokesh Machines. Her stake has reduced in the company since the June quarter, and she has now reduced stake further via a bulk deal, selling 1.2 lakh shares or 0.7% stake at Rs 73.95 each.
This follows a stake sale by Ashish Kachola as well on 20 December, where he sold 150,449 shares of Lokesh Machines.
