In what we believe is a very important move, C Vijayakumar has taken over as the CEO of the company. He was earlier the COO, prior to which he headed the IMS business of the company. HCLT has extended its IP partnership with IBM to cover API/web service enablement for mainframes and would invest US$55 mn in the same. HCLT has also announced acquisition of Butler America Aerospace, LLC, for US$85 mn (in cash) at 1x CY15 sales. The acquisition is expected to be completed in Q3FY17. HCLT has reiterated it FY17 guidance, of revenue growth (Ex-consolidation of Geometric and Butler America Aerospace) of 12%-14% in CC and EBIT margin of 19.5%-20.5%....
