Realty company Nesco announced Q3FY24 & 9MFY24 results: Consolidated Q3FY24: Total Income stood at Rs 204.61 crore compared to Q3FY23, Rs 162.18 crore, indicating an increase of 26.16%. Profit after tax at Rs 93.75 crore as compared to Rs 70.08 crore in Q3FY23, marking an increase of 33.78%. IT Park division revenue stood at Rs 80.06 crore compared to Rs 77.63 crore in Q3FY23. Bombay Exhibition Center division earned revenue of Rs 59.31 crore compared to Q3FY23, Rs 38.01 crore. Foods and Indabrator divisions generated revenue of Rs 26.53 crore and Rs 11.86 crore respectively. Nesco continued to be debt-free with liquid resources of over Rs 1471 crore as of December 31, 2023. Consolidated 9MFY24: Total Income stood at Rs 563.43 crore compared to 9MFY23, Rs 431.53 crore, representing an increase of 30.57%.
