Business Highlights: Segment-wise Revenue Performance: Realty: This segment contributed Rs 98.39 crore in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 98.49 crore in Q1FY26. Bombay Exhibition Center: Revenue stood at Rs 44.62 crore in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 40.42 crore in Q1FY26. Indabrator: Revenue was Rs 11.11 crore in Q1FY27, up from Rs 7.42 crore in Q1FY26. Surrender of Leasehold Premises: During the quarter, the company surrendered certain premises acquired earlier on long-term lease.
