Our expansion strategy into the eastern Mumbai suburbs for the greenfield projects, alongside a solid pipeline of redevelopment projects in the western suburbs, will serve as key growth drivers as we leverage our healthy balance sheet and robust cash flows. We were also featured in December’24 as the top 1000 companies in India as per market cap parameters recognised by the NSE, within 4 months of being listed, a testament to our strong belief in the brand and its performance.
