Realty company Arkade Developers announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations: Reported at Rs 19,862.64 lakh for Q4FY26, an increase of 1.10% QoQ (compared to Rs 19,647.26 lakh in Q3FY26) and an increase of 51.11% YoY (compared to Rs 13,144.73 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 81,608.81 lakh, a YoY increase of 19.47% (compared to Rs 68,309.62 lakh in FY25). Profit/(Loss) for the period: Reported a loss of Rs 10,834.81 lakh for Q4FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 4,026.66 lakh in Q3FY26 (down 368.96% QoQ) and a profit of Rs 3,326.25 lakh in Q4FY25 (down 425.72% YoY). For FY26, profit stood at Rs 533.96 lakh, down 96.60% YoY (compared to Rs 15,693.24 lakh in FY25). Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations: Reported at Rs 19,657.57 lakh for Q4FY26, a decrease of 0.08% QoQ (compared to Rs 19,672.54 lakh in Q3FY26) and an increase of 49.55% YoY (compared to Rs 13,144.73 lakh in Q4FY25). For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 81,640.18 lakh, a YoY increase of 19.52% (compared to Rs 68,309.62 lakh in FY25). Profit/(Loss) for the period: Reported a loss of Rs 10,956.61 lakh for Q4FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 4,029.58 lakh in Q3FY26 (down 371.90% QoQ) and a profit of Rs 3,326.29 lakh in Q4FY25 (down 429.38% YoY). For FY26, profit stood at Rs 529.37 lakh, down 96.63% YoY (compared to Rs 15,692.84 lakh in FY25). Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The Company operates in a single operating segment, namely "Real Estate Development". Corporate Actions: The Board considered and approved the "Arkade Employee Stock Option Plan 2026" in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. Auditor Appointments: The Board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Joshi Apte and Associates as Cost Auditors and M/s. Amit T. Jain & Co. as Internal Auditors for the FY27. Acquisition & Impairment: During the year ended March 31, 2026, the Company acquired 100% shareholding in Filmistan Private Limited (FPL). Subsequently, an impairment loss on the diminution in value of investment/tenancy rights amounting to Rs 18,217.09 lakh was recognized as an "Exceptional Item" during the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Audit Opinion: The Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued an unmodified opinion on the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Realty company Arkade Developers announced Q3FY26 results Q3FY26 pre-sales grew by 21% to Rs 267 crore; collections rose by 19% to Rs 212 crore. Revenue for Q3FY26 stood at Rs 199 crore; EBITDA stood at Rs 54 crore, while net profit was at Rs 40 crore. PAT: Rs 40 crore against Rs 50 crore during Q3FY25. Realty company Arkade Developers announced Q2FY26 results Net profit for Q2FY26 rose 5.8% to Rs 46 crore; EBITDA grew 7.8% to Rs 63 crore with EBITDA margin of 24%. On QoQ basis, Revenue for Q2FY26 grew 60% to Rs 265 crore; EBITDA grew by 85% to Rs 63 crore; while net profit grew 59% to Rs 46 crore. Q2FY26 pre-sales stood at Rs 189 crore; collections stood at Rs 150 crore. Realty company Arkade Developers announced Q1FY26 results Revenue for Q1FY26 grew 31.6% to Rs 165 crore, compared to Rs 126 crore during Q1FY25. PBT stood at Rs 38 crore compared to Rs 41 crore during Q1FY25. Net profit was at Rs 29 crore compared to Rs 30 crore during Q1FY25. PBT Margin for Q1FY26 was 23.1%. PAT margin was 17.4% for Q1FY26. Q1FY26 pre-sales grew 17.1% to Rs 142 crore; collections rose 41.8% to Rs 170 crore. The Board has recommended a maiden interim Dividend of 10%.
