Housing Finance firm Can Fin Homes announced Q2FY23 results: Disbursements during the HY1 increased by 28% YoY Loan Book reached Rs. 28822.91 crore (+22%) with a clientele base of 2.21 lakh. NII: Rs.251.17 crore, PBT: Rs. 202.85 crore and PAT: Rs. 141.71 crore. NIM: 3.55%, RoAA: 2.07%, RoE: 16.82% and EPS: Rs 10.64 Cost to Income Ratio: 15.78 %, DER: 7.93 Gross NPA 0.62% & Net NPA 0.35%. The Salaried and Professional segment constitutes 74% of the outstanding loan book as on September ’ 22. Housing forms 90% of the Loan Book and NHL, 10%. Average ticket size of incremental housing and nonhousing loans is Rs.22 Lakh and Rs.8 Lakh respectively.
