Warehousing & Logistics company VRL Logistics announced Q1FY27 results Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The company reported revenue of Rs 87,884 lakh for Q1FY27, representing a YoY growth of 18.07% compared to Rs 74,434 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, revenue increased by 3.05% from Rs 85,285 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: Total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 88,482 lakh, up by 17.85% YoY from Rs 75,083 lakh in Q1FY26. It recorded a QoQ growth of 2.98% from Rs 85,923 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): The company achieved a PBT of Rs 10,752 lakh in Q1FY27, showing a significant YoY increase of 59.93% from Rs 6,723 lakh in Q1FY26. QoQ, PBT grew by 10.07% from Rs 9,768 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit for the Period: Profit for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 8,053 lakh, a YoY growth of 60.93% compared to Rs 5,004 lakh in Q1FY26. On a QoQ basis, the profit increased by 11.63% from Rs 7,214 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: For Q1FY27, total comprehensive income was Rs 7,957 lakh, registering a YoY increase of 59.36% from Rs 4,993 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 13.64% from Rs 7,002 lakh in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q1FY27 improved to Rs 4.60 from Rs 2.86 in Q1FY26 and Rs 4.12 in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Geographic Operations: The entire operations of the company, including the location of assets, are situated within India. Buyback Approval: The Board of Directors has approved a proposal to buy back up to 87,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, representing 5.00% of the total number of equity shares. Buyback Financials: The buyback price is fixed at Rs 320 per equity share for an aggregate consideration not exceeding Rs 28,000 lakh. This buyback size represents 24.51% of the aggregate of the fully paid-up equity share capital and free reserves of the company as of March 31, 2026.
