For the full year FY26, Revenue from operations reached Rs 2,15,368.82 lakh, representing a growth of 11.35% YoY from Rs 1,93,423.03 lakh in FY25. Total Income for the quarter ended Q4FY26 stood at Rs 60,716.70 lakh, a decline of 7.51% QoQ from Rs 65,646.48 lakh in Q3FY26 and a decrease of 5.40% YoY from Rs 64,181.84 lakh in Q4FY25. The annual Total Income for FY26 was Rs 2,22,022.38 lakh, marking a 9.97% YoY increase from Rs 2,01,892.64 lakh in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q4FY26 was Rs 6,707.82 lakh, representing a QoQ decline of 48.35% from Rs 12,988.01 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY decline of 48.14% compared to Rs 12,933.80 lakh in Q4FY25. Annual PBT for FY26 stood at Rs 40,579.79 lakh, a YoY decrease of 6.99% from Rs 43,630.31 lakh in FY25. Net Profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 4,790.27 lakh, showing a QoQ decrease of 51.65% compared to Rs 9,908.26 lakh in Q3FY26 and a YoY decrease of 50.53% compared to Rs 9,682.55 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Net Profit reached Rs 30,538.42 lakh, which is a decline of 6.15% YoY from Rs 32,541.32 lakh in FY25. Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q4FY26 was Rs 47.35, compared to Rs 97.94 in Q3FY26 and Rs 95.70 in Q4FY25. The annual Basic and Diluted EPS for FY26 was Rs 301.85, compared to Rs 321.65 in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance: The activities of the Company relate to only one segment, which is Electrical Transformers. Dividend: The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of 1,000% i.e. Rs 100/- per equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Land Investment: The Company approved a fresh investment of Rs 25 crore for the acquisition of a new plot of land near Vadodara to keep its land bank ready for future use. This acquisition will be funded through internal accruals.
