Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, 19th May, 2025, has considered and approved the Statement of Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2025 and Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025. Further, the Board of Directors has recommended Dividend of Rs 1.50 (i.e. 75%) per equity share having face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2024-25.
