The Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee but subject to approval of shareholders to be obtained at the General meeting of the Company, have recommended the re-appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells ("Firm") which is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Registration No. 117365W)., Ahmedabad, are re-appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 01st April, 2024 to 31st March, 2028.
