Pursuant to the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for all its Directors, Designated persons, Connected persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Half year ending 30th September, 2025.
