Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider trading in dealing with securities of the Company and the relevant provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, it is informed that the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of Insecticides (India) Limited by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course. The Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
