In terms of SEBI ( Prohibition of SEBI and Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading by Designated persons and their immediate relatives in the listed securities of IFB Agro Industries Ltd. will remain closed from 1st January, 2026 and the same will remain close till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2025, to the public.
