Construction & Engineering company PSP Projects announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: For Q1FY27, revenue from operations stood at Rs 85,347.32 lakh, reflecting a significant YoY growth of 64.84% from Rs 51,776.25 lakh in Q1FY26, but a QoQ decline of 23.47% from Rs 1,11,524.03 lakh in Q4FY26. Total income for the quarter reached Rs 85,752.93 lakh, an increase of 64.35% YoY compared to Rs 52,175.94 lakh in Q1FY26, while recording a QoQ decrease of 23.47% from Rs 1,12,051.37 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit before tax and share of profit/(loss) from Joint Venture for Q1FY27 was Rs 2,824.73 lakh, a massive jump from Rs 72.59 lakh in Q1FY26 (YoY increase of 3,791.35%) and a QoQ increase of 2.75% from Rs 2,749.17 lakh in Q4FY26. Net profit for the period attributable to owners of the company for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 1,834.27 lakh, showing a YoY growth of 4,232.24% from Rs 42.34 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decline of 13.04% from Rs 2,109.34 lakh in Q4FY26. Total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,821.66 lakh, compared to Rs 36.74 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 2,106.85 lakh in Q4FY26. The basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) for Q1FY27 was Rs 4.63, as against Rs 0.11 in Q1FY26 and Rs 5.26 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 78,529.63 lakh, marking a YoY growth of 53.15% from Rs 51,275.93 lakh in Q1FY26, but recording a QoQ decline of 22.38% from Rs 1,01,178.01 lakh in Q4FY26. Total income for Q1FY27 reached Rs 78,939.97 lakh, up by 52.76% YoY from Rs 51,675.62 lakh in Q1FY26 and down by 22.67% QoQ from Rs 1,02,081.39 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit before tax for Q1FY27 was Rs 2,399.95 lakh, a YoY increase of 5,733.62% from Rs 41.14 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decrease of 9.40% from Rs 2,649.05 lakh in Q4FY26. The standalone net profit for the quarter Q1FY27 was Rs 1,515.88 lakh, reflecting a YoY growth of 7,907.82% from Rs 18.93 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decline of 28.34% from Rs 2,115.46 lakh in Q4FY26. Standalone EPS for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 3.82, compared to Rs 0.05 in Q1FY26 and Rs 5.34 in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Geographical Operations: The operations of the Group are predominantly domiciled in India; therefore, there are no reportable geographical segments. Joint Venture Performance: The Group's share of net profit from the GDCL and PSP Joint Venture was Rs 0.31 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to a loss of Rs 0.39 lakh in Q1FY26. Subsidiaries Performance: The two subsidiaries, PSP Construction Solutions Private Limited and PSP Foundation, reported a combined total revenue of Rs 8,230.38 lakh (before consolidation adjustments) and a total net profit after tax of Rs 331.74 lakh (before consolidation adjustments) for Q1FY27.
