In pursuance of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 , the Company has given the Public Notice of the Board Meeting to be held on Friday, 13th August, 2021, where unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 will be discussed by the Board, in the newspapers namely ''Financial Express'' in English and ''Apla Mahanagar'' in Marathi on 05th August, 2021.
