In pursuance of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Company has given the Public Notice of the Board Meeting to be held on Thursday, the 10th February, 2022, where Un-Audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021 will be discussed by the Board, in the newspapers namely 'Financial Express' in English and 'Apla Mahanagar' in Marathi on Thursday, 3rd February, 2022.
