The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 18 May 2023 to Wednesday, 24 May 2023 (both days inclusive) for determining the entitlement of the members to the payment of final dividend, if declared at the forthcoming AGM. The final dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid/credited on or before Thursday, 22 June 2023
