Board of Directors in their meeting held on February 06, 2026 have considered and approved appointment of M/s Bansal Harshit and Associates as the Internal Auditor of the company for the period January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026 and also took note of resignation of M/s G R A B & Associates as Internal Auditor of the company.
