This in with reference to our disclosure dated 29th June, 2022 about intimation of One Time Settlement (OTS) with Central Bank of India as per letter of compromise / One Time Settlement (OTS) letter dated 28th June, 2022 for repayment of Rs. 225 Crores with interest @ 1 year MCLR for repayment period of 30 months against outstanding ledger balance of Rs. 383.83 Crores (excluding interest). This is to further inform you that the Company has paid the entire settlement amount of Rs. 225 Crores alongwith part interest by 31st December, 2024 to Central Bank of India within 30 months as per the letter of compromise / One Time Settlement (OTS) letter dated 28th June, 2022. Further, now based on the request of the Company, Central Bank of India by its letter dated 30th December, 2024 granted the extension of one month till 31st January, 2025 for payment of remaining part interest on the settlement amount.
