Kadugudi, Bangalore 560067 Karnataka iner-alia considered and approved the appointment M/s. B Sreenivasa & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 009287S) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a first term of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of this 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company till the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting, to be held in the calendar Year 2027 i.e. FY(2022-23 to 2026-27).
