Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations , 2015, the Monitoring Committee of the Company, in terms of the approved Resolution Plan has approved the appointment of Mr. Ajay Bikram Singh as Additional Director under the category of Chairman(Non-Executive), Mr. Sunil Kumar and Mr. Ramesh Chandragiri Reddappa under the category of Executive Director, Mr. Deepak Kumar Gupta, Mr. Praveen Kumar Agarwal and Mrs. Jyothi Thomas under the Category of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 11th March 2024.
