This is to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed: a) for the purpose of declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2021 for all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company from October 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of Board Meeting of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).
