This has reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBIIHO/DDHS/CIRIP/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 on Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities. In this connection, we submit that as on March 31, 2022, our Company 'Competent Automobiles Co. Limited' is not falling under the Large Corporate ('LC') category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
