Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that upon recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors in their meeting held today has propose to appoint M/s Dinesh Mehta & Co. (FRN 000220N) in forthcoming Annual General Meeting in place of retiring Auditors, M/s Ambani & Associates LLP, upon completion of first term. Also, M/s Dinesh Mehta & Co. (FRN 000220N) hold a valid certificate issued by the Peer Review Board of ICAI and have provided their consent under section 141 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder.
