The Board of Directors of Tinna Rubber And Infrastructure Limited, in their meeting held on Friday, May 23, 2025, has considered and recommended, the re-appointment of Mr. Gaurav Sekhri, Joint Managing Director, for a consecutive period of 3 years effective from September 10, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing annual general meeting, as per submission made hereunder
