The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 4:00 P.M. on November 12, 2025 and concluded at 8:30 P.M on November 12, 2025. We have also enclosed a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025.
