Shelter Infra Projects Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (referred to as "SEBI Listing Regulations") this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 14th day of May, 2025 at 12.30 p.m. inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms the Company Code of Conduct on prevention of Insider Trading, we have already intimated to the Stock Exchange vide our communication dated 18th March, 2025 relating to the Closure of Trading Window and the same shall continue to remain closed for all the Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives till 48 hours from the declaration of the Audited Financial Results.
