In terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares of the company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results (Unaudited) of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Financial Results (Unaudited) of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 will be intimated in the due course.
