This is with reference to the Intimation related to Fixation of Date of Annual General Meeting, E-voting & Record date submitted to the Stock Exchanges on 10th August, 2026. We wish to inform you that, due to an inadvertent typographical error at Sr. No. 1 in the letter, the day of the week corresponding to the date of the 44th Annual General Meeting was mentioned as 'Tuesday, the 17th September, 2026'. The same shall be read and construed as: 'Thursday, the 17th September, 2026.' It may be noted that 17th September, 2026 falls on Thursday and the aforesaid correction is limited only to the day of the week mentioned against the date of the 44th Annual General Meeting. All other contents, particulars and disclosures contained in the Outcome of the Board Meeting submitted earlier remain unchanged
