The Company has obtained Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year 2025-26 from Kashyap R Mehta and Partners, Practising Company Secretaries. We are now attaching herewith the said Annual Secretarial Compliance Report in compliance with Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR), 2015.
