The Board at its held meeting held today i.e., Thursday, January 15, 2026 has noted the resignation of Senior Management Person, Mr. Amit Prakashrao Waghmare from the position of ''Chief Information Officer'' of the Company and approved the appointment of Senior Management Person, Mr. Rakesh Khetan as the ''Chief Information Officer'' of the Company.
