The Board in its meeting held today i.e., Monday May 11, 2026, has inter-alia, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 and re-appointment of Mr. Sudhir Agarwal (DIN: 00051407) as Managing Director of the Company for a term of 5 years with effect from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2031.
