The Board of Directors of Indo Amines Limited ('the Company') at their meeting held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Registered Office of the Company, has inter alia, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results as per IND-AS for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors is enclosed herewith.
