To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. 2. To consider and recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. 3. To consider and approve the Indo Amines Limited- Employee Stock Options Plan 2025 (Indo ESOP-2025') subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and such other approvals as may be required. 4.
